CompassCare Optimization Program

Executive Strategic Planning Workshop
This workshop is the beginning of a journey to effectiveness not just another seminar.
Join your peers and learn how to:

These workshops cover all 5 of the basic elements of a strategic plan (e.g. Core Values, Mission, Vision, Strategies, Core Metrics) as well as a workshop on identifying and overcoming key organiational vulnerabilities. The Strategic Planning Seminar lasts 3 days and is open only to the Executive Director and one Board member to attend. $1475 covers the tuition cost for both. All workshops take place in Rochester, NY at CompassCare Pregnancy Services. Step 2 Serving women at risk for abortion:
Optimizing Patient Services
CompassCare provides 6 months of indepth training as well as a license to use CompassCare's proven process, The Optimization Tool (OT), to acquire and serve high risk abortion-minded women.
OT Overview:
The OT is a seamless 15-step patient service process that includes everything needed by a PRC to attract abortion minded patients via advertising as well as all processes and training to actually serve them with amazing effectiveness. These include:
A. Marketing Collatoral such as radio ads, website, phone book ads, google adwords, doctor/clinic waiting room brochures, etc. (Value: $5-10,000)
B. On-line Patient Database with reporting functionality (Value: $6-9,000)
C. All Patient Forms and Take-away brochures (Value $3-4,000)
D. 6 Months of on-line implementation coaching for the Executive, Client Services Director and Nurse Manager.(Value: $16,000)
E. Immediate Access to all CompassCare Research and Development into new and proven methods at reaching and effectively serving women at risk for abortion (Value: $10-20,000)
F. Entrance into a community of high-performing, like-minded organizations

Total OT Cost Year 1: $ 2,475.00 Cost does NOT include the Advancement module (Call 585-232-3894 for details). CompassCare's Executive Strategic Planning workshop is one of the required pre-requisits for this course and is not included in the cost listed here.
The goal of Optimization is to transition a woman through a logical progression of service culminating ultimately in a clear understanding of her future after having had a child, leveraging ultrasound technology. This process serves to erase the need for abortion in her mind by transforming her fear into confidence.
